Barry Beckham's Workshop on Audio Visuals

Hi Members & Guests,
Just a quick reminder that this Saturday the 10th of April, Barry Beckham will present his Audiovisual Workshop at the St Bart's Church Hall in Mt Gravatt. (1357 Logan Road cnr Mountain Street)
This is a full day workshop with doors opening at 09.30 for a start at 10.00 and finishing at about 4-4.30 and will only cost $30.00 to attend. (lunch break at around 12.30-1.00 - please make your own arrangements for lunch)
Each year many of us will go on holidays or on a special trip some where and shoot hundreds and even thousands of images of spectacular surroundings and highlights.
These fond memories should be shown and what better way to remember the occasion than to turn it into a slideshow that is not only memorable but entertaining as well.
Barry Beckham has been around the world of photography now for over thirty years and what Barry does not know about Audiovisuals is not worth knowing I'm sure.
Barry will be using Pictures to Exe as well as Photoshop and will cover areas like;
- - What is an audiovisual?
- - How to organise your workflow!
- - What size images?
- - How to create titles and end credits.
- - How to set up your slideshow and how to select your images.
- - How to select and convert music and also how to edit the audio.
- - How to burn it to DVD and other mediums.
Barry will also be able to enlighten you on different audiovisual techniques as well as answering any queries you might have on how you can start producing your own magnificent slideshows.
(Please Note: It is not recommended to bring along your Laptop as this tends to slow down the workshop and also may may inconvenience other participants. Thank you for your understanding)
