SUMMARY:Landscape Photography by Colin Bushell & Street Photography in Mor
 occo by Paul MacKay
DESCRIPTION:Landscape Photography by Colin Bushel
 &nbsp\;Colin Bushell\,
 CPP (PPAQ) of Colin Bushell Photography will present on the topic of Scape
 s.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 Colin will outline his particular approach and techniqu
 es for this genre\, illustrating this (partly) with images from his recent
 ly completed trip through Tanzania\, Uganda\, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
 C
 olin believes that we should all be a little more judicious with shot sele
 ction when creating images but acknowledges a contradiction here in his de
 sire to always taking as many shots as possible in the presence of a great
  subject. As a writer with a background in photojournalism\, he is always
 concerned with the story an image will convey.&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;
 After 30
  years’ experience in photography\, journalism\, communications\, custom
 er service\, consumer law and broadcasting\, in 2011 he established Colin
 Bushell Photography. He won the Lord Mayor’s Photographic Award in 2015\
 , and was a double finalist in 2021’s Brisbane Portrait Award. Normally
 spending up to three months of the year in search of photographic challeng
 es around the world\, when home at his studio in The Gap\, Colin creates s
 triking marketing images\, corporate profiles and brand features\, while w
 orking for a series of national media publishers. He also runs workshops a
 nd 'one-on-ones' in photography\, creative writing and feature writing\; l
 eads photography safaris around Queensland\, and is always seeking the nex
 t big challenge.&nbsp\;
