DESCRIPTION:The recently upgraded aircraft viewing area provides an improve
 d outlook for photographing arriving and departing flights including aircr
 aft taxiing between the original and new parallel runways.

 vel towards the Domestic terminal\, move to the left lane\, turn left towa
 rds General Aviation and the Aeromedical Precinct\, turn right and proceed
  to the cul-de-sac for parking.
 &nbsp\;
 Medium to long lenses are most
  suitable.
 &nbsp\;
 A small step ladder or platform\, up to one metre\,
  would help if shooting from the new raised area. Taller ladders could be 
 used but need to be three metres from the fence.
 Wear comfortable closed
  shoes and a hat. Bring some water and sun screen.
